There is no service available that offers anything close to what Holistic Practice Management offers.
Because of the high standard of service we hold ourselves to, there are a few steps involved in getting started with us.
1. There are forms that will help us get started with the specific services you are requesting. We will contact you to finalize all requests, so don’t be too worried about completing them perfectly.
- If you are starting with our Reception Services, we need to know more about the nuts and bolts of your practice… names, numbers, websites, etc. Our Reception Services Form helps you share that information. GO TO: Reception Services Form
- If you are requesting our Website or Marketing Services, please fill out the Website Questionnaire: GO TO: Website and Marketing Form
2. Once you complete your form(s), you will need to sign our General Contract. The contract covers such things as duties, confidentiality, etc. GO TO: General Services Contract
3. In addition, you may be required to fill out one or more of these forms, depending on your requested services:

- GO TO: Practice Listing Form
4. When you have completed the Form(s), we will contact you to confirm your requests and gather billing information. You can also call us for this step: 888-337-3381
5. After that, we will begin the process of starting your services!

What can your Remote Practice Manager do for you?
You would be surprised! Tasks include:
- Patient scheduling.
- Reading and answering e-mail.
- Booking extracurricular activities (yoga, workout, walking, etc.)
- Booking talks (researching locations, organizing, event planning, etc.)
- Keeping you on task with important reminders.
- Virtually any task that doesn’t require physical presence (surprisingly few require a physical presence!)
